The DSEND Company was born in 2019 when we (a small crew of riders from different parts of the world) took a gamble and decided to start a small business dedicated to the world of mountain biking. But we set out on a different mission to a lot of other companies. We started by focusing on making the best quality products we can, sure, but our rule is that with every product sold we are giving back. 

You see, we realize that it’s about sustainability, but sustainability is not just about how you create products or run your company. If you want to commit and be in something for the long run then it has to be truly sustainable and to us that means looking after mother nature and supporting the clubs and communities that enable our sport and make it great. 

For the clubs and communities, we're here to support the trail builders, the weekend warrior amateur racers (maybe pro's too!), the clubs that bring a community together, the organizations that take disadvantaged kids for a ride and share the joys of riding. We're in it for them! 

For mother nature, we are a proud 1% for the Planet member which means we donate a minimum 1% of our annual revenue directly to conservation charities. 1% for the Planet represents a global network of businesses, individuals and nonprofit organizations tackling our planet's most pressing environmental issues and includes mountain biking organisations actively making a difference on the trails that you ride! If we look after what makes the sport and it's people great, then we are all in it for the long haul. And to us, that's truly sustainable. 



We strive for the holy trinity in mountain bike products, a balance between sustainability, functionality and design. We focus on quality design and ease of use but also we want our products to stand out and be unique in a world with many options and ideas. 

We've sent our products all over the world to make sure we battle test every single one. From the mountains in BC, to the parks in Europe, steamy jungle trails in Asia and all the way down to the south of New Zealand. We push them all to their limit so you can be sure you're getting quality products. 



We take pride in personally helping customers who have questions or concerns about their purchases and we can always help solve them if they reach out to us. Getting a new, loyal follower in today's worlds of ads and noise is tough (and expensive!) so we want to make sure we keep them happy and come back. Plus, we’ve learned a lot about our products and made many improvements, often based on feedback from you, our customer.
